High-Efficiency Cyclone Separator Dust Collector
Heavy-Duty Performance for Heavy Dust Loads
The Filter 1 Cyclone Dust Collector combines a long tapered cone, a high-velocity inlet, and a large internal helix to efficiently separate all moderate-size particles from the air stream, such as sawdust, chips, and particles from metal grinding. The cyclone dust collector's fans are positioned on the clean air side of the Filter 1 Cyclotron and are direct drive for low maintenance.
In addition, the fans have backward-inclined blower wheels for high efficiency and quiet operation. Optional safety after-filters ensure that even the smallest particles are captured. The standard filter material for the after-filters is 16-ounce seared, felted polyester, designed to hold large dust particles on the outer edges, forming a filter cake that increases filtering efficiency and allows easy removal.

Safety After-Filters for Maximum Dust collection Efficiency
Meeting or Exceeding OSHA/EPA Standards
Filter 1's Safety After-Filters are designed to attach to the Cyclotron Separator and will remove even sub-micron particles, meeting OSHA requirements for circulating filtered air as well as EPA standards when venting to the outdoors.
Heavy-Duty, Broad-Spectrum Filter Media
The standard filter media is 16oz., seared, felted polyester designed to hold large dust particles to the outer edges of the material, thus forming a filter cake that heightens filtering efficiency. Dust is easily removed by gently shaking the bags.
Two Configurations for Flexible Dust Collection
The AF Series of After-Filters attaches to 55-gallon drums, and the AFS Series uses 10" diameter bags, 100" long with zippered bottoms for easy removal of collected particulate.
