Ultra-Efficiency Nanofiber Filter Media
Rated at MERV 15 efficiency, the Filter 1 Pulsatron's cartridge filters operate at a 40-60% lower pressure drop than traditional cartridge medias, resulting in lower energy consumption and a longer filter life. The media is tightly meshed of ultra-fine fibers 300 to 500 nanometers in diameter, effectively screening out submicron particles and assuring easy release of the dust cake during the cleaning cycle. For special needs, application-specific media options are also available.
Horizontally-Oriented Cartridges
Our continuous duty cartridge dust collector's nanofiber cartridges are positioned horizontally to provide a small footprint thus saving valuable floor space. The particulate from the cartridge above is directed by deflectors to keep it off the cartridge below.
Effective Automatic Cleaning
The Filter 1 Pulsatron's reverse-pulse cleaning system, together with its ultra-efficiency nanofiber filter media works to thoroughly empty the cartridges, assuring consistent performance and long filter life. The filter cleaning system utilizes a programmable logic controller (PLC) for reliability and flexibility.
